Shipping Policy

London Cross Stitch Club currently only ships within the United Kingdom.  If you are an international shopper please go to the homepage and click the link for "international customers shop here".

Free Shipping will be offered on all UK orders greater than £35.  For orders under £35 shipping will be charged per individual item, but will be adjusted if multiple items are ordered.

London Cross Stitch Club aims to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. 

If using free shipping items will be posted Royal Mail 2nd Class Tracked. 

If you purchase a shipping upgrade items will be posted Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.

Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled as is ready for dispatch, not once the order has been placed.
